Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
Orders are shipped by UPS Ground.
$500 shipping fee added to oversized items such as furniture.
$20 flat rate shipping fee is applied to all orders under $100.
Orders over $100 ship free.
Larger, bulky items such as furniture and lighting may require additional shipping charges as noted.
Expedited shipping (overnight or 2 day) is available at an additional charge in check-out.
We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Additional shipping charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Customer care will contact you upon order to provide a shipping quote.
RETURNS
Summerstory accepts timely returns (within 21 days of our original shipping date) for undamaged items with intact price tags.
Certain merchandise, including books and apothecary items, are Final Sale and may not be returned.
Original packaging must be intact in sellable condition.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
We will refund the credit card used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Any product returned outside of the 21-day return policy are at the discretion of Summerstory and may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.

SALES TAX
Sales Tax will be added to orders shipping within Alabama and Florida.
DAMAGES
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately by email or phone. Please also provide images of damage so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible via the mitigation process.
